Lily is a registered Psychologist with a Master’s Degree in Educational and Developmental Psychology. She has experience working with children and adolescents in both Primary and Secondary School settings delivering counselling services and cognitive assessments, and in private practice working with young adults. She is dedicated to adolescent mental health and wellbeing, and helping to empower clients to reach their fullest potential.
Lily works across a wide range of presenting concerns including depression and anxiety, stress, anger management, adjustment disorders, interpersonal difficulties and a specialist area of interest in the mental health and wellbeing of the LGBTIQ+ community.
Lily uses an integrative therapeutic framework, incorporating cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution focused and humanistic modalities.
