Laura graduated with a Master of Science (Nutrition and Dietetics) from UOW in 2013 and has worked in private practice as well as in the community setting for Greystanes Disability Services and Nutrition Australia. Laura grew up with an interest in good food and cooking, this translated into an awareness of how food can be used to enhance your quality of life. Laura would like to assist you to put good nutrition into daily practice through simple and practical strategies.
Laura enjoys working with clients to enhance their quality of life through good nutrition. Laura has a passion for working with people with complex health concerns and people living with a disability. Laura has a personal understanding on the burden of disease and aims to support her clients to make small simple changes that will make them feel better everyday.
Laura will work with you to make sure you enjoy your food and choose foods that will support your health and wellbeing.
