Justine has provided psychological services for more than 15 years with adolescents and adults in schools, group programs and private practice. Justine uses mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapies to help clients improve their mood and confidence, manage difficult relationships, to sit with grief, explore identity or work towards high performance in sport and other domains. Her particular area of expertise is anxiety - including social, school, work stress and performance. Justine builds a supportive relationship, is goal oriented and adapts therapy to the person’s need and pace. Justine works collaboratively with the referring school counsellor, doctor or specialist, providing written feedback with client’s consent. When working with young people she involves parents and school staff with the young person’s agreement.
