Jess studied Exercise Science at Victoria University, followed by a Post Graduate Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology at Ballarat University. Her passion is promoting injury prevention, as well as assisting people with multiple comorbidities to help them lead a healthier lifestyle. She is passionate about helping people enjoy exercise, especially when they can see the results or notice a change in the way they are feeling both physically and mentally. Jess enjoys playing netball, keeping fit and going to the beach.
