She has been teaching remedial equipment-based and mat-style Pilates for the last 15 years. After graduating from LaTrobe University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Indianna has pursued her strong interest in musculoskeletal, sports and pelvic health to take a whole-body approach to pain and injury management. Indi worked in a prominent physiotherapy practice and an AFL football team in Melbourne for three years before moving to the Gold Coast in 2009 where, along with her Husband Radd Peters, she saw a need for a holistic health and wellness space and began The Living Well Studio.

Indianna has a keen interest in treating women’s, men’s and pelvic health and working with pre-natal and post-natal women to ensure optimal body health and return to activity during and after pregnancy. She has completed a post-graduate certificate in Pelvic floor physiotherapy at Melbourne University and a number of masters subjects at Curtain University in women’s and pelvic health.

In 2019 Indianna completed a masters of clinical physiotherapy in sports physio and in 2021 a masters of clinical physiotherapy in musculoskeletal physio at the University of Queensland qualifying her to be a titled sports and exercise and musculoskeletal physiotherapist with the Australian Physiotherapy Association. She has pursued further education in this area and conducts dance assessments for tertiary institutions, pre-pointe assessments and biomechanical assessments for the developing dancer. Her passion for sport and high performance has also led her to be part of the high-performance team at The Gold Coast Suns Football Club where she provides both physiotherapy services and physio-based Pilates management for the players.

Indianna is passionate about managing the individual from a biopsychosocial perspective. Applying evidence-based assessment and management techniques as well as creative problem solving to ensure the patient's experience matches their expectations and goals.
