Grace has a strong interest in nutrition support for those with mental health concerns and has completed further study in the field of counselling to better support these individuals. Grace is adept at working with general nutrition & with specific populations with more complex nutrition concerns; she promotes the importance of integrated, whole-person health care & wellbeing. Grace is particularly enthusiastic about supporting women of all ages to find their own authentic health. She believes in a personalised approach and treats each patient as an individual with their own experiences, beliefs and values. Grace brings a caring, compassionate nature to her work and believes that kindness towards the self is a crucial agent for change. She is passionate about blending this with practical skills to ensure her patients can approach eating in a realistic, manageable way. Grace is also a dedicated advocate of the HAES (health at every size) movement, promoting improved body image and self-compassion for all population groups. She is particularly passionate about equipping clients with tools to challenge society’s rigid expectations around body size & shape and to become more resilient on their journey towards total health.
