Emily has over 7 years of experience working with children, adolescents and their parents in employment as an Educational Psychologist in the UK and Australia, both in schools and the community. Emily has also worked with adults experiencing work related stress and family violence issues. Emily believes in using a strengths based framework, looking at the factors which help any person cope with their situation. She draws from a range of therapy models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focussed Brief Therapy. As a new mother, Emily has first-hand experience of the challenges associated with parenting and is eager to support other parents who are experiencing stressors in their lives which are impacting on their wellbeing.
