Elle is an AHPRA registered Physiotherapist with post graduate qualifications in Mechanical Diagnostic therapy for spinal conditions and Women’s and Men’s health and Continence (PostGradCert-pelvic floor rehabilitation).

She has specific skills in the diagnosis, treatment and management of pelvic floor dysfunction and complex pelvic health conditions including pelvic pain, vulvodynia, dyspareunia, Male, Female and Childhood urinary and fecal incontinence and female pelvic organ prolapse. Elle has an understanding that talking about pelvic health issues can be difficult, which is why she prides herself on establishing rapport with patients so that they feel comfortable, understood and supported in sharing about their conditions.

Elle is highly skilled in clinical pilates including pelvic floor pilates, pilates for patients with cancer or in remission and fitness pilates. Elle believes that supporting and encouraging Women to exercise safely and healthy during their pregnancy and recovery is essential for women to maintain their health and wellbeing. Elle prides herself on a high level of expertise in this area, including antenatal and postnatal pilates and exercise programs that are pelvic floor safe and designed specifically for the pregnant and postnatal recovering women.

Elle is also highly skilled in the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic spinal pain (neck, upper-mid back and lower back) and can also manage the many aches and pain that can occur during pregnancy and during the postnatal period (pregnancy related pelvic girdle pain, low back pain, upper back pain, coccyx pain and upper limb and lower limb pains).
