Cassie is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) registered with the governing national body, Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA). Cassie graduated from the University of the Sunshine Coast, where she successfully obtained a bachelor degree in Clinical Exercise Science. Growing up on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Cassie developed a passion for health and fitness and decided to pursue studies in the promotion of exercise intervention for chronic conditions. With over 500 hours of practicum experience in multiple fields, including neurology, cardiac, metabolic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, she is skilled and committed to improving the lives of others through exercise promotion and intervention. Cassie enjoys taking both individual clients and group sessions, ranging from falls prevention and mobility to hydrotherapy and metabolic conditioning.
