Candice Fieg is a warm, compassionate, and experienced clinical psychologist who has had a wide range of experience in both hospital and community settings, providing quality therapy in both individual and group settings. She is passionate about empowering her clients to identify and overcome the barriers in their lives to effect positive change, build meaning, and improve quality of living.
Candice specialises in delivering high quality evidence-based therapy using a range of modalities and approaches including:
ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)
CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)
DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy)
Trauma informed therapies, including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy
Mindfulness
Self – Compassion & Strengths-based approaches
She has been strongly involved in the development of a new mental health service at one of Melbourne’s largest hospitals, and continues to develop and implement innovative and effective therapy programs for the community She believes in the importance of research informing clinical care, and therefore is involved in researching effectiveness of therapy programs.
