She was an Intensive Care nurse for 10 years and brings her combination of medical system training and complementary therapies training to every consultation, bridging the divide between orthodox medicine, nutrition and naturopathy. Brenda focuses on the mind-body connection and the way the body reflects everything that we think and feel. Her belief is that “even though our birth number rises, ageing is optional”. She has spent over 5 years lecturing and supervising students at Nature Care College and providing speaking engagements at many events. Brenda works with correcting the underlying imbalances that may be contributing to the potential development of cardiovascular, diabetic, chronic illness and autoimmune related conditions such as stress, anxiety and digestive disturbances. Brenda works closely with doctors and other health professionals. She uses state of the art in house and out house testing to assist in identifying the deep body inflammations, stresses and fatigues that may be contributing to the particular health issues. She continually strives to stay abreast with developing industry trends and the latest research. Brenda is a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS).
