Brenda qualified as a naturopath in 1992 from Sydney’s Nature Care College where she was the winner of the Blackmores Best Clinician Award. She went on to work at Blackmores for 6 years obtaining valuable expertise, qualifications and experience. Since then Brenda has deepened her knowledge of natural medicine and healing through clinical practice and ongoing professional studies in advanced herbal medicine, life coaching, fertility, live blood analysis, energetic medicine, yoga, women’s mysteries and aromatherapy.

Brenda has a special interest in food as medicine and is a passionate advocate for home cooking, kitchen medicine and whole foods. Brenda’s love of food as a primary healing modality extends to nature’s gift, herbal medicine. She blends individual formulas for most of her clients in order to target their specific needs. Brenda considers herself a traditional naturopath believing that simplicity is often the key to success in making major lifestyle changes. She likes to consider the whole of the patient including their relationships to their family, their environment, their work and, especially, themselves.

Brenda’s own challenging journey with fertility and a history of an eating disorder has led her to work primarily with hormonal issues including fertility, difficulty losing weight and mood issues. She has in-clinic testing procedures, offers life coaching sessions and does “Raindrop Technique”, an essential oil based body treatment for spinal health and relaxation. Brenda also runs wellbeing workshops and a monthly woman’s circle.
