I work with clients who are struggling in life and looking for someone to work through their issues with. I am a provisional psychologist and working toward gaining full accreditation as a psychologist with VCPS.

My main areas of expertise are around depression, anxiety, adjustment issues and life transitions, interpersonal difficulties, work related issues and with people from different backgrounds.

My therapeutic style varies and depends on the presenting issues of the client. I use a range of therapeutic techniques to suit the issues and the client. This includes talking therapies such as cognitive behaviour therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy; providing education about how the brain works and its relationship with our body; and visualisation, schema and mindfulness work.

I like to provide a safe space for my clients to talk about any issues that are concerning them. I am LGBTQI friendly and have experiencing working with Australian Indigenous peoples.

I see clients who have issues they are looking to work through, and those who wish to build their wellbeing. This may include short-term habitual change of observable behaviours such as anxious panic, or longer-term emotional or existential changes.

I have a background in working overseas in international aid work and I have an interest in working with people to improve their well being. I have experience in psychological counselling, assessment, report writing and intake, and a passion for volunteering in support of social justice and human rights issues.
