Amber is a motivated and personable Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Nutritionist (AN).
Amber is a strong believer in mind-body nutrition. She applies mindfulness techniques and motivational interviewing to assist behaviour change and empower clients to improve their health and nutrition. Amber has particular interests in nutrition for the brain; including Thyroid Disorders, ADHD, Dementia and Food Addiction. She also specialises in plant-based nutrition and can help vegetarian and vegan clients of all ages achieve nutritionally complete diets.
