Lisa founded the Strong Minds Psychology journey in 2010 and has brought together a team of like-minded professionals with the same energy and care for our communities that she has believed in from the beginning of her career. Lisa thrives on working in a team approach, creating positive support networks for children and adults. When working with children and adolescents, Lisa works in conjunction with families and teachers in order to create positive and ongoing change. Lisa works with individuals and families navigating the diagnostic roller-coaster, providing support and advocacy with a focus on inclusion. Lisa provides assessments, counselling and intervention – helping with stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief & loss, social skills, and anger management. She also has experience in clinical supervision, as well as carer/community training and professional development for educators/allied health professionals. When not working with the SMP team, Lisa enjoys getting outside and active, spending time with friends and family, and cheering on the demons at the MCG. Lisa works at Yarra Junction on Tuesday and Friday, and Warragul on Thursday. She provides admin support and supervision on Monday and Wednesday.
