Experienced in child therapy, I work with children with developmental disabilities such as autism, ADHD, anxiety, school refusal, OCD, depression and trauma. I also create behaviour plans, conduct behavioural assessment and change, cognitive assessments. I work with adults using CBT to address thoughts and beliefs that may be exaccerbating emotional distress. Panic, social anxiety, generalised anxiety and depression and parenting. I have been working with children and adolescents and their families for more than 10 years. I have training in clinical psychology and completed my thesis on the nature of anxiety in children with autism spectrum disorders.
I have previously worked in a variety of positions with adults and children including within government and educational settings.
I have completed additional training in behaviour management in America.
