My practice in Sydney focuses on helping others to take control of their health and reclaim their power. Since experiencing my own healing through wholistic medicine I am driven to provide the same opportunity for my clients.
Whether you’re experiencing digestive disorders such as IBS, anxiety, depression, PCOS, thyroid disorders, autoimmunity, cardiovascular issues, I am here to support your path towards health and wellness by getting to the root cause.
I treat each person as unique and individual. I work in a kind and respectful way, taking into account the sensitive concerns that people may have with their health. I take the time to listen to each client’s history and evaluate the interactions between genetic, environmental, biochemical, emotional, spiritual and lifestyle factors that influence human health and disease. This holistic assessment approach allows me to provide integrative and individualised treatment plans that move towards good health, rather than simply disease management.
Whilst I see a variety of presentations in clinic I have a special interest in mental health, addiction and stress physiology. With depression being one of the leading disabilities worldwide and chronic stress and anxiety plaguing millions of people, now more than ever we need to alleviate the burden of these national health priority areas by treating the whole person and addressing all underlying factors.
