Dr Jamie Berry is a Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist and the Director of Advanced Neuropsychological Treatment Services.
Jamie is endorsed as a Clinical Neuropsychologist by the Psychology Board of Australia. He is a fellow of the College of Clinical Neuropsychologists (CCN) of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). He teaches and is an Honorary Associate at Macquarie University and the University of Technology, Sydney.
Jamie has a passion for all areas of clinical neuropsychology, encompassing education/teaching, assessment/treatment and research. Jamie's current research focus is the assessment and remediation of cognitive impairment among individuals with alcohol and other drug (AOD) use disorders. He is a core member of the Alcohol and drug Cognitive Enhancement (ACE) project, also involving the NSW Health Agency of Clinical Innovation (ACI) and We Help Ourselves (WHOS).
Jamie has extensive experience working as a clinical neuropsychologist across a range of settings including neuro-rehabilitation, mental health and dementia. Jamie’s specialty is in neuropsychological rehabilitation and he applies a rehabilitation/treatment framework to working with his clients. Jamie has a strong philosophy of making a difference over and above providing evidence-based assessments.
