Greg graduated with B.App.Science Podiatry with Distinction from Queensland University of Technology in 1992, and took up private practice in Bulimba in South East Queensland. Throughout the 1990s, he served for four years as the Consultant Podiatrist of the Norfolk Island Hospital, was the Queensland President of the Australian Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine, completed a post graduate elective in Sports Medicine run by SMA, was a clinical supervisor and lecturer to podiatry undergraduates at QUT, University of Queensland Medical Students and postgraduate Radiographers.

He is sought after as an expert witness in lower limb injuries and gait analysis, having written comprehensive reports for medico legal cases in both Australia and abroad. He has participated in the ISPO (International Society for Prosthetics and Orthotics) conferences in Leipzig in 2008, 2010 and 2012 providing his expertise in demonstrating the benefits of CAD/CAM orthotics. Greg’s belief in a multidisciplinary approach to foot and lower limb care and special interest in complex biomechanical, sports and rheumatological cases, sees him work alongside some of Australia’s finest General Practitioners, Rheumatologists, Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Physicians, Orthopaedic Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, Physiotherapists, Orthotists / Prosthetists and Chiropractors.

In 2004 he co-founded, with Darren Stewart, my FootDr podiatry centres, Australia’s largest and most trusted podiatry group. This has now grown to incorporate 25 clinics across Australia and Asia and the MFD Group has a professional and administrative staff of approximately 100+ people.

In 2005 Greg was the Keynote Speaker at the Australian Rheumatology Association Conference held on the Sunshine Coast. He is also regular speaker at Arthritis Queensland Seminars, Australian Sonographers Association Conferences and at Sports Medicine Australia’s Ski Conference held in Perisher Blue Resort each year.

Orthema is a complete, in house, turn-key orthotics laboratory and can now be found in over 30 locations Australia wide, including large hospitals in Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia. It has revolutionised the way foot orthotics are prescribed and manufactured for patients. This same year they founded Foot Care Solutions Australia, which distributes brands such as PinPointe FootLaser, KeryFlex, Podiatry Microscope, Amerigel, shUVee, Icy Feet, Diabetik Foot Care, Promed, Professional Podiatry Instruments, and many other premium foot care products.

In 2011 Greg and Darren co-founded the first Australian-based podiatry clinic in Singapore at the prestigious Camden Medical Centre, when my FootDr expanded into Asia.

Greg is a certified PinPointe FootLaser Provider and is extremely happy with the outcomes this revolutionary fungal nail treatment has provided to his patients. He is now recognised by PinPointe FootLaser as a laser expert and is a reference provider for their company.

In 2015, Greg completed his training to become a Certified Pedorthist (Custom Maker) and is a member of the Australian Podiatry Association, International Society of Prosthetists and Orthotists, Pedorthics Association of Australia, and Sports Medicine Australia.

As a pair of serial medical entrepreneurs, Darren and Greg co-founded TAG Brace Australia in 2013 and in 2014 the foot and ankle centric businesses mySandal, myPedorthist, Custom Cricket Shoes and myOrthotist Prosthetist.

Both Greg and Darren are the official podiatrists for the Queensland Bulls, Australian Cricket Team, Brisbane Heat, Queensland Athletics, Queensland Fire and many other elite sporting teams. my FootDr podiatry centres is the naming rights sponsor of the my FootDr Queensland Bulls since 2014 and provide podiatry treatment for the Redcliffe Dolphins Rugby League Club, Townsville Fire and Cairns Taipans basketball teams.
