Gavin is a registered psychologist specialising in organisational consulting to improve staff wellbeing. He is a graduate of both the University of Western Australia (BPsych) and Monash University (Masters of Management). He has 20 years experience providing a range of services from stress management to career transition, conflict management and executive coaching. He uses a variety of psychometric assessments in selection, coaching and career direction and has conducted several hundred workplace mediations since the late 1990s. Gavin has conducted team and organisational culture reviews and training in areas including leadership, change, managing mental health, conflict and bullying and harassment. Gavin has worked across all sectors of government, NFPs and Associations and SMEs. His clients have included Epworth, Victoria Police, Ambulance Victoria, Maddocks, Monash University and DHS. Gavin has two teenage boys and makes sure he stays fit by running and swimming on a regular basis.
