Dylan has completed a Bachelors of Exercise and Sport science as well as a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology. He has experience in both public and private hospitals assisting people with chronic conditions such as Cardiopulmonary dysfunction, Diabetes, Obesity, Parkinson’s, Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis. In addition, Dylan has extensive knowledge in strength and conditioning coaching for athletic development and return to sport and activity, with experience in training Mixed Martial Artists, Footballers, Weight training and Powerlifting. Dylan comes to us after working in a private Exercise Physiology Practice in Sydney where he gained experience assisting Firefighters and Police Officers to manage injuries and develop greater functional strength and movement.
