Christine has been a Podiatrist for since 2003. Over this time she has spent time in both Community and Private Podiatry clinics where she has treated a wide range of foot conditions including skin and nail problems, foot and lower leg pain management, biomechanics issues and diabetes assessment. Later becoming a qualified Remedial Therapist and Personal Trainer, Christine utilises her further qualifications to offer additional treatment options to her podiatry patients. Some of these treatments soft tissue therapies and rehabilitative exercise prescription. Christine also runs foot and lower leg strength and conditioning classes which help restore stability, balance and optimal function to the foot and lower leg. Theses classes can assist with current podiatry problems,prevent future injury or maintain foot an lower leg condition. Christine believes that all foot and lower leg conditions need to be addressed in a multifaceted way to ensure the best outcome.
