Cameron is a lover of sports with a history of participation in Grade level league and union in Sydney. The focus these days is on the golf course, with a regular run or bike ride. Cameron enjoys music, food and wine, and spending time with his wife and three teenage daughters.
Cameron completed his Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) at Sydney University in 1991.
After initially working in Lismore and the UK he returned to Sydney, working in private practice including a high profile sports practice in Parramatta.
In 2000 Cameron established his own practice in the Blue Mountains where he worked for 16 years before moving to the Canberra region for family reasons.
In addition to spending many years in general practice, Cameron has a long history working with elite sporting teams and individuals, including the Sydney Olympics and Paralympics, IAAF Diamond League finals Crystal Palace, Parramatta Eels NRL, Parramatta Power NSL, Australian men's European handball team, Australian u/21 women's softball, NSW women's soccer, and Wentworthville and Kellyville Jim Beam cup.
Cameron has extensive experience in the treatment of a broad range of injuries, including sporting, general musculoskeletal and spinal, and management of post-surgical rehabilitation.
His approach is hands on with a holistic focus on patient care, incorporating his skills in manual therapy, acupuncture, taping and exercise prescription. Cameron encourages active involvement and participation in an individual’s injury management.
