Monica graduated with a Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2000. Since graduating she has worked in community health centres, hospitals and private practice both in Australia and overseas. In addition, she has a background in Sports Science and is happy to work with junior and keen recreational athletes to refine their diet for sports performance. She provides practical advice on healthy eating and is comfortable working with clients of all ages - children, adolescents and adults alike (including the areas of women’s health, fertility and pregnancy). Monica offers up-to-date dietary counseling to manage all areas of health such as being overweight, malnutrition, diabetes (including gestational diabetes), high blood pressure, high cholesterol, irritable bowel syndrome, Coeliac Disease, PCOS, osteoporosis, arthritis and food allergy.
