Michelle is dedicated to providing high-quality Nutrition and Dietetic services in the Canberra community. She enthusiastically supports, empowers, and provides the skills and tool necessary for clients to make successful, positive and sustainable lifestyle changes to achieve their health goals.
Michelle is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and an active member of the Dietitian’s Association of Australia. She completed both her Bachelor of Human Nutrition and Master of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Canberra. She has a strong focus on community engagement and enjoys volunteering with school-aged children to teach and promote healthy eating habits.
Michelle gained critical clinical experience in the public hospital and private practice settings where she successfully assisted a variety of clients with diverse and complex dietary needs. She is experienced in providing nutritional therapy for a range of health conditions such as PCOS, diabetes, gastrointestinal conditions, food intolerance's, and cardiovascular health. She also holds a passionate interest in supporting long- term weight management and optimising healthy eating during pregnancy.
