Matt has almost 20 years’ experience in rehabilitation in the health & fitness industry with a comprehensive skill set for musculoskeletal injury management. His client base has included adventure athletes, managing physical conditioning and fitness recovery post injury.
As a physio Matt has a strong interest in movement retraining and hands on injury management. He has a practical approach to exercise management and an emphasis on functional retraining.
Matt has experience as a home visiting physiotherapist and in private practice clinics in the southern suburbs. He has an interest in pre and post-operative hip and knee rehab, assisting the ‘weekend warrior’, those who just want to move better and golf conditioning for prevention and rehabilitation of golf injuries.
Matt enjoys paddle boarding, cycling and running and is always active with his young family.
