Tilly graduated from Queensland University of Technology in 2018 and has a postgraduate degree in Neurological Rehabilitation from Edith Cowan University, which she completed in 2022. She is now furthering her studies again to include Neuroscience and Mental Health with Sunshine Coast University, which she is expecting to finish in July 2024.
Tilly started her love for coaching as a gymnastics coach and personal trainer in high school and at university. Since graduating as an Exercise Physiologist Tilly has worked in commercial gyms, reformer pilates studios, private practice, hospitals and has done plenty of home visits and park sessions (Especially in COVID times).
Tilly is passionate about helping people with neurological conditions and injuries live their best possible life. She also has a strong passion for educating those around her and spreading the word about the benefits of exercise for everybody. Tilly believes that exercise can be made fun and enjoyable for everyone.
