Luisa is a registered psychologist. She completed undergraduate studies at Monash University, honours at the University of New England, and masters at Deakin University. She has also undertaken training in telephone counselling and suicide intervention. Luisa works with a range of issues, including anxiety, stress, ADHD, depression, adjustment problems, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, and self-confidence issues. In therapy, she draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approaches. Luisa is available on Mondays and Tuesdays at the Wheelers Hill office and is available on Thursdays at the Little Collins Street office.
