Dr Lisa Grech is a registered psychologist and member of the Australian Psychological Society. Lisa completed her master of clinical neuropsychology and doctor of philosophy (PhD) at University of Melbourne, where she now teaches psychology and medical students. Lisa’s PhD research assessed the relationship between executive function (higher order thinking skills) and coping, stress, depression, anxiety and quality of life in people with multiple sclerosis. She has an interest in psychological factors related to disease and illness, and the importance of maximising psychological adjustment to reduce stress and promote quality of life. Lisa is skilled in neuropsychological assessment and sees clients with a range of psychological difficulties, where she uses evidence based interventions and strategies to ensure the best possible outcomes for her clients. Lisa is available on Mondays at the Brandon Park office.
