Kathryn has been at Regent Street Physiotherapy since 2002. She graduated with a Science degree from the University of NSW in 1979, a Post Graduate Diploma in Physiotherapy in 1980 and Graduate Diploma in Sports Science in 1987 – both from Cumberland College of Health Science (now part of Sydney University). She has worked extensively in both hospital and private practices in Sydney, Broken Hill, Maitland and Newcastle and continues to attend weekend courses to update her knowledge base. She has attended courses in BPPV, lumbopelvic and hip pain, pain management, Mulligan techniques, Kinesiotaping, Plastering techniques and Dry Needling. Kathryn has special interests in managing lumbopelvic and hip pain, BPPV, Headache, Tendinopathy and Sports related injuries. Kathryn recently attended a week long vestibular rehabilitation course in Adelaide conducted by Dr Margie Sharpe, an experienced vestibular neurological physiotherapist. She has three adult children and is a keen bushwalker and ex hockey player.
