Kate joined SportsCare in 2017, she graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2012 and has worked in private practice and the hospital sector. Kate has completed her APA Sports Level 1 & 2, APA Continence and Women’s Health level 1, and is an APPI qualified Pilates instructor. Kate’s professional interests include clinical Pilates, sports injury prevention and injury rehabilitation, and Women’s health. Kate was involved with ACT Basketball as a junior, and is currently playing for Queanbeyan in the Canberra State League Netball, she is also a social triathlete.
