Karen is a Clinical Psychologist and Upstream health Director. Karen is an Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnostician, a Senior Clinical lecturer at Adelaide University and a Board Approved supervisor.

She has worked in a range of roles including Adelaide University Placement Supervisor, National Perinatal Depression Initiative and NEDGP Group Facilitator. 

Karen brings a sense of passion and fun to her work whilst being committed to assisting clients to get to a better place.

She enjoys working with adults and children with a range of presentations including perinatal well-being, building healthy attachment and emotion regulation, anxiety disorders and trauma and draws from modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), hypnosis and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR).
