Justine is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Nutritionist and published author who specialises in bariatric surgery nutrition education and support.She understands obesity isn’t simply a ‘lifestyle choice’ and is passionate about helping her patients achieve the best outcomes they can with their surgery.
Justine has been working as a Dietitian since 2001, with her primary clinical focus being in the field of weight management. She joined the Australian Metabolic and Obesity Surgery team in 2013 and is actively involved in supporting her patients prepare for, recover from and live with their weight loss surgery. Justine is committed to ensuring people can continue to enjoy their dietary choices and strives to improve her patients relationship with food after their surgery. She has written recipes and meal plans to help optimise dietary variety and enjoyment and improve the results her clients achieve. In addition to her work with individual client consultations, Justine is actively involved in supporting clients via the Nutrition for Weight Loss Surgery online programs, including their Inner Circle, Getting Started and Back on Track programs.
