Jessica is a clinical psychologist who completed a combined Doctor of Clinical Psychology/Master of Science degree at the University of Sydney. Jessica is committed to providing evidence-based practice that is tailored to meet the specific needs of clients. Accordingly, she has additional training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Family Therapy, and Maudsley Family-Based Treatment. Jessica has experience working with children, adolescents, families and adults within a number of hospital, community and private practice settings. She works with children, adolescents, families and adults with a range of psychological difficulties, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, self-injurious behaviour, personality disorders, and clinical perfectionism. Her primary areas of expertise are eating disorders and trauma, and she has presented at conferences in the field of eating disorders. Jessica is a member of the Australian and New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders (ANZAED) and the International Academy for Eating Disorders (AED), and was awarded the Academy for Eating Disorders Clinician Scholarship in 2014. Location: Jessica sees clients in the City office.
