Zac graduated from the University of Queensland in 2003. After graduation, he embarked on his RAAF return of service, which saw him posted to Newcastle and Townsville. Zac has a broad range of hospital experience, with a focus on Orthopaedics (3 years as a non-training registrar) and Paediatrics. He has been a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners since 2009, and completed two certificates in skin cancer diagnosis and management through the University of Queensland in 2014.
