Dr Lee graduated from Monash University in 2005. She spent the early part of her medical training in various hospitals around Australia including The Townsville Hospital in North Queensland, where she developed an interest in skin conditions and minor skin surgery. She subsequently completed her general practice training in Warrnambool and obtained her fellowship in 2011. She also obtained a Diploma in Child Health during her general practice training. She went on to pursue palliative medicine training and gained her (second) fellowship in 2014.
She now works as a palliative medicine specialist across multiple hospitals in Victoria as well as a general practitioner at Bay Street Medical.
