Will qualified in Dentistry in 2005 with first class honours at the University of Queensland, and in Medicine in 2013 at the University of Adelaide. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (RACDS) and received the medal for the highest mark in both the primary and final fellowship examinations for the RACDS.
Prior to training as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, Will served as a Dental Officer with the Royal Australian Air Force. He practices the full range of oral and maxillofacial surgery, which includes removal of impacted teeth and wisdom teeth, dentoalveolar surgery, dental implant and bone grafting surgery, treatment of jaw fractures, diagnosis and treatment of pathology of the mouth and jaws, management of temporomandibular joint (jaw joint) disorders, and orthognathic (orthodontic) surgery.
