Dr Bernard Shiu is the Clinical Director of Banksia Medical Centre in Geelong. His main interests of practice include, mental health, children with mental health issues, men's health, skin cancer management and chronic disease management. He has vast experience in teaching medical students and junior doctors. At times he may have a student with him, but this is only if you agree to them being present and have no obligation to do so.
Bernard has two young children studying locally. He is a keen musician and is a member of Australian Doctor's Orchestra as well as the Geelong Symphony Orchestra. He also enjoys an active life style. You will find him on his bike around the Bellarine penisula over the weekends.
Dr Shiu is in the surgery most days of the week, with Wednesdays being variable. He is also avaliable on the first Saturday morning of each month.
