Dr Vinita Bhat has worked as a medical practitioner for the last 11 years out of which 10 years have been in Australia. Her passion to work as a general medical practitioner was sparked in the country town of Mildura ,Victoria which is where her medical life in Australia began and continued for a further 9 years before relocating to Adelaide in 2019.
Dr Bhat completed her MBBS from Manipal University, India in 2007 and after a short tenure of working in different multi speciality hospitals , she came to Australia. After completing Internship from Mildura base hospital , she transitioned into General Practice in 2014 and subsequently completed her fellowship in General Practice (FRACGP) in 2019. She has the distinction of working in remote indigenous society in rural NSW for a period of 4 years.
