Vesna was born in Yugoslavia and migrated with her family to Australia at the age of eight. Several years later they moved back to Yugoslavia where Vesna continued her education, attaining her medical degree from the venerable University of Sarajevo. She would later return to this country and complete her postgraduate training with the Australian College of General Practitioners. Dr. Kalajdzic is passionate about medicine and, in particular, wholistic care. She also has strong interests in women's health and children's health.
