Dr Veronica Wong is a clinical endocrinologist and nuclear medicine physician. Veronica has a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of New South Wales and Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and Australasian Association of Nuclear Medicine Physicians.
She has a strong interest in thyroid disease, Type 1 and 2 diabetes, gestational diabetes and the application of nuclear medicine and PET imaging to clinical medicine.
She has published research in peer-reviewed journals and presented national and international conferences in endocrinology and nuclear medicine. She is committed to teaching the next generation of medical students.
Veronica is passionate and dedicated to the care of her patients. She strongly believes in the value of working as a team with general practitioners and other medical specialists to provide holistic care. She is fluent in Cantonese.
