Dr Vasantha Sabapathy has been a permanent full time GP at the CBD Medical Practice, since 2007. She is interested in all aspects of general practice, with a particular focus on mental health, preventive health measures, chronic disease management, Women’s health and paediatrics. She provides continuity of care, and has a holistic approach to managing her patients. Dr Sabapathy is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. She is also a registered GP in the United Kingdom. She graduated from Sydney University, and trained at Nepean hospital. Following she has been in general practice in Australia and the UK. She has a diploma in paediatrics and has additional qualifications in mental health, sexual and reproductive health. She is accredited to undertake GP shared care.
Interests In her spare time, she enjoys scuba diving, the arts and travelling.
