Dr Honore graduated from Otago Medical School and obtained her Fellowship in General Practice in 1998. She has always been a strong advocate of quality in General Practice. She has been involved in establishing clinical schools, doctor supervision, an examiner for the New Zealand Medical Board and teaching of medical students. Presently she works full time in General Practice as well as being a Senior Lecturer for the University of Queensland. She also teachers for the Sunshine Coast clinical school having medical students in her practice. She has published a book on “Grief and Loss.” Dr Honore has a strong positive bond with other consultants on the Sunshine Coast in all areas of Medicine. She sees all General Practice issues and is a strong patient advocate
