Tristyn is passionate about sport and the care of athletes. She has always had a strong interest in Sports Medicine and believes that through sport and enhancing our movement we can all gain better quality of life.
After completing her Medical Degree at the University of Wollongong, she completed her basic hospital training in Lismore. Tristyn then travelled to Jindabyne where she completed her GP training. She has gained valuable experience in many mountain sport injuries – including snow sports and mountain biking. Tristyn completed a Diploma of Sports Medicine through the IOC in 2020.
Tristyn represented Australia for 10 years internationally and then continued into the role of National Coach. She has attended World Equestrian Games as competitor and Chef dÉquipe (National Team Manager).
