Dr Tawanda Chiputa is our newest GP and is presently enjoying the Darwin climate and the friendly reception from the Darwin community. Having joined our team in July 2016, Dr Tawanda brings with him a positive and energetic attitude as he provides quality care to our patients. Dr Tawanda commenced his study at The University of Zimbabwe – School of Medicine, and continued on to complete his residency at the United Bulawayo Hospital in Zimbabwe. To complement his portfolio, he also worked as a hospital based General Practitioner in Namibia. Dr Tawanda’s special interests include General Practice, Minor Surgical Procedures and Skin Care. His future plans include obtaining certificates in both Skin Health and Child Health, as is the nature of Dr Tawanda’s commitment to his continued professional development.
