Dr Tani Brown is a comprehensive ophthalmologist and eye surgeon, completing her medical degree with honours at the University of Sydney.
Dr Brown then underwent her ophthalmology specialist training at Sydney Eye Hospital and completed her final year as a fellow in East Timor as part of the East Timor Eye Program.
Dr Brown holds a Masters of Public Health in Tropical Medicine from James Cook University as well as Postgraduate studies in Ophthalmology from the University of Sydney. She has numerous publications in the Australian and International ophthalmic literature and has lectured and tutored in a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate medical courses at the University of Sydney and University of Western Sydney.
She is currently a consultant ophthalmologist at the Gold Coast University Hospital and actively tutors and lectures undergraduate medical students at Bond University.
