After growing up in the country and working in health care in regional areas of NSW, Sue trained as a doctor at Flinders University that had recently set up a graduate medicine intake with a rural speciality. In 2000 she was awarded her Bachelor in Medicine and Bachelor in Surgery along with the Jane Preston university medal for Obstetrics and Gynaecology. General Practice was always her long term goal and she received her fellowship into the College of General Practice in 2006. Since then she has worked in small town General Practice in South Australia, but has returned to Orange to be closer to family. Outside interests include her dogs, gardening and warm glass.
Whilst Sue caters for all primary care needs, she has a special interest in General Family Medicine, Women’s Health and Paediatrics.
