Dr Khanal is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General practitioners (RACGP). He has a Diploma in Child Health (DCH) from the University of Sydney. He was working as a GP in regional NSW for almost 5 years before moving to Sydney. Dr Khanal has gained additional skills through medical missions in the Philippines, Cambodia and USA.
