Dr. Simon Sung (MBBS,FRACP)is a highly qualified neurologist , movement disorders neurologist with a special interest in general neurological disorders. Dr. Sung graduated from University of Melbourne and completed his basic physician training and advanced training in clinical neurology, neurophysiology through Western General Hospital and Royal Melbourne Hospital, Melbourne, Australia. He is the current Movement Disorders Fellow at Royal Melbourne Hospital. He is also a visiting neurologist for the movement disorders program at Western General Hospital.He is an active member of Australia and New Zealand Association of Neurologists, Movement Disorders Society, Movement Disorders Society Australasia. Dr. Sung has a special interest and skills in management of Parkinson’s disease and associated conditions, dystonia, deep brain stimulation in Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders, botulinum toxin therapy in movement disorders and chronic migraine, management of TIA and stroke.He offers general neurology consultations, consults in movement disorders, botulinum toxin treatment for movement disorders and chronic migraine at the North West Melbourne Medical Specialists.
