Training & Experience

Simon did his medical training at St Thomas’s Hospital Medical School, University of London, graduating in 1984. He commenced anaesthetic training in 1985 and after positions at 3 major teaching hospitals in London, became a Fellow of the Royal College of Anaesthetists in 1990. He completed higher specialist training in 1994 and was admitted to the Register of Medical Specialists in the UK.

Simon migrated to South Australia in 1995 and took up a full time position as Specialist Anaesthetist at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. In 1997 he joined Stace Anaesthetists in a part time capacity. He continues to practice 2 days a week at the Royal Adelaide Hospital.
